Method

TermboxTerminalsend

Declaration

gboolean
tbg_terminal_send (
  TbgTerminal* self,
  const guint8* data,
  gsize length,
  GError** error
)

Description

Queue raw bytes to be written to the terminal.

This is useful for terminal escape sequences that are not represented by a higher-level termbox-glib API. The bytes are buffered by termbox and written to the terminal on the next flush operation such as tbg_terminal_present().

If length is 0, data may be NULL.

Parameters

data

Type: An array of guint8

Raw bytes to queue.

The argument can be NULL.
The length of the array is specified in the length argument.
The data is owned by the caller of the method.
length

Type: gsize

No description available.

error

Type: GError **

The return location for a recoverable error.

The argument can be NULL.
If the return location is not NULL, then you must initialize it to a NULL GError*.
The argument will be left initialized to NULL by the method if there are no errors.
In case of error, the argument will be set to a newly allocated GError; the caller will take ownership of the data, and be responsible for freeing it.

Return value

Type: gboolean

TRUE on success, or FALSE with error set.
