Constructor
TermboxTerminalnew_for_fd
Description
Initialize termbox from an existing terminal file descriptor and return the terminal singleton.
If a terminal already exists, this fails with
TBG_ERROR_INIT_ALREADY. Use tbg_terminal_get_default() to retrieve the
existing terminal. Otherwise this initializes termbox using fd and creates a new TbgTerminal. The caller retains ownership of fd and must keep it valid
for the lifetime of the terminal.
