Open Source Contribution: meta-codechecker recipes improvements

In 2021, I had the opportunity to contribute to meta-codechecker.

meta-codechecker is a Yocto layer that integrate codechecker with Bitbake.

On meta-codechecker side:

• Fix to allow an offline build
• Rewrite of the recipe to use the PyPy packages

These contributions were appreciated, and I was given maintainer access to the repo. :)

I have also made a very small contribution to CodeChecker itself:

• Add the license file into the PyPy packages
